If you have not already got a quality system that is written and approved to meet the requirements of ISO9001: 2000, we can help you develop and implement such a system. We specialize in writing documentation that is easy to understand at all levels of the organization and simple to follow.

If you have existing operating procedures, we will integrate them into your new quality management system. We will also capture your processes in flow charts to make them more readily understood.

On-screen quality systems
It can be hugely advantageous to have your quality system on-screen instead of in cumbersome printed manuals. The upkeep of the documentation is instant and saves lots of trees! Your forms can all be completed on-screen and printed off in a regular, neat format.
If you don’t have a computer network, we can put your quality system onto CDs which can be given to all users.

Autorun CDs
We can provide you with your quality system put onto autorun CDs. You just put them into the computer, sit back and watch it open up on your screen.

Web site
A new facility allows you to upload your quality system to a secure area on your company’s web site. This is particularly useful for organizations having several sites around the country, or the world.

Flowcharts
Use of flowcharts is strongly encouraged under the new quality standard ISO9001: 2000. Apart from this requirement, it is usually very beneficial to depict your company processes in easily understood flowcharts. These allow you to examine analytically the activities that you carry out in your day-to-day business and make improvements. Work smarter – not harder!

Trial Assessments
If you are proceeding towards quality system certification to ISO9001: 2000, we can carry out a trial assessment for you with instant feedback as which parts of your system are satisfactory and which may still need some further developments.

Customer feedback mechanisms
It is a requirement of the new quality system that you proactively acquire feedback from your customers as to how they perceive your performance as a supplier.
We can help you devise and implement such a procedure. Apart from the need to do this to satisfy the standard, it is obviously good practice to find out what your customers think of your service and your products. The findings from this process can provide valuable opportunities for improvement.

Procedural and process audits
There is now a requirement for auditing your quality manual and procedures to the specific requirements of ISO9001: 2000. You also have to audit your compliance with these procedures. We can set up and implement an on-screen audit system that covers both these aspects and train your staff very quickly in its use.

Training
Your staff need to understand the requirements of the new standard so that they will maximize the benefits it can bring. We will explain these and give advice on applying it to your company activities.

ISO17025
We can help you set up a quality system that will meet the requirements of ISO17025 for application in Notified Body activities. This can involve staying with your organization through to UKAS accreditation.
